FRIENDONOMICS!!!
Today I want to summarize whatever I have learnt in this subject. Well according to me there are three types of people (excluding the mean ones):
1. Type 1: Genuinely busy working. Very clear about what they want to do in life.
2. Type 2: Busy figuring out what can give them pleasure. Trying their hand on everything. Craving to know how it feels like in achieving something.
3. Type 3: Relaxed in life. They are there for you whenever you want. Happy go lucky types.
As we never realise, which category we belong to, and to which category your friend belongs to (At first place no one knows that there exists any such classification), we start making opinions about them based on their behaviour. I call this as the "ABC Law of Life" which states that: a person is judged on the basis of his Behaviour (B) and not by his Ability (A) or Character (C) because no one can exactly judge someone else's ability or character.
This leaves a bad impression on the "teachers" of this deadly subject, if you don't behave properly in class. The result: you will be cursed a lot more than often for not completing the assignments in time (doing some favour for your friend), bunking lectures (not accompanying some of your friends when they hang out), and not greeting the teacher when they come in class ("HIing" when you see them or failing to invite them when you go for supper).
This phenomenon is common in a poor Type 2 guy's life. Everyone loves Type 1 and Type 3 people because of the way they behave (differently, but both follow acceptable standards).
The point is that no person realises that they will come under Type 2 in some stage of their life, when they would want some time for themself, to find out the things suitable for them. At that moment if they encounter the toughest chapters of this subject, trust me, they will begin to hate themself more than ever. And if the teacher gets to know that you have not studied your chapters properly, he might give you a "Goodness Lollypop" at that moment but later he'll come hard on you during final assessments. This will make the situation worse for you.
I am writing this because I have mastered a few chapters in this subject but have failed badly to understand most of them, thus getting the result I mentioned earlier. So friends, this is one subject that you have to study no matter in which grade you are, or whether it is your area of interest or not. So it's better you read this subject thoroughly and master each and every chapter, so that you can pass with flying colors. I am saying so because I read somewhere that to be a successful man, you must master two chapters in every 6 months —– oh!! I mean you should try and improve your relationship with atleast two people outside your family. I think I am not that lucky to be successful but I wanted to share this learning with you...
Signing off. TATA!!!!!!

Wet Pants!!!
classroom.....
There is a nine-year-old kid sitting at his desk and all of a sudden, there
is a puddle between his feet and the front of his pants are wet.
He thinks his heart is going to stop because he cannot possibly imagine how
this has happened. It's never happened before, and he knows that when the
boys find out he will never hear the end of it..
When the girls find out, they'll never speak to him again as long as he lives.
The boy believes his heart is going to stop; he puts his head down and prays
this prayer, "Dear God, this is an emergency! I need help now! Five minutes from now I'm dead meat."
He looks up from his prayer and here comes the teacher with a look in her
eyes that says he has been discovered.
As the teacher is walking toward him, a classmate named Susie is carrying a
goldfish bowl that is filled with water. Susie trips in front of the teacher
and inexplicably dumps the bowl of water in the boy's lap.
The boy pretends to be angry, but all the while is saying to himself,
"Thank you, Lord! Thank you, Lord!"
Now all of a sudden, instead of being the object of ridicule, the boy is the
object of sympathy. The teacher rushes him downstairs and gives him gym
shorts to put on while his pants dry out.
All the other children are on their hands and knees cleaning up around his
desk. The sympathy is wonderful. But as life would have it, the ridicule
that should have been his has been transferred to someone else - Susie.
She tries to help, but they tell her to get out. "You've done enough, you klutz! "
Finally, at the end of the day, as they are waiting for the bus, the boy
walks over to Susie and whispers, "You did that on purpose, didn't you?"
Susie whispers back, "I wet my pants once too."
May God help us see the opportunities that are always around us to do good.
PS: I read this story somewhere. Guys did you just see how selfish Susie is, she managed to get a Boyfriend in 3rd Grade......
I AM SELFISH!!!
Basically the above-mentioned line shows how idle I presently am, but anyway, time for a new post.
People come up to me and say that you are one of those selfish guys who don’t care about other peoples’ feelings. Read my testimonials on Orkut. Everyone has written that I have this peculiar habit of ditching friends. TRUE!!
In reality everyone thinks about what they want before they think about what you want. So if you are able to give people what they want, ultimately, you will be able to get what you want. However should you fail to fulfill their selfish need, getting someone to do something for you, or give something to you, can prove to be very difficult indeed. So always give people what they want, and you will get what you want!! Basically being Selfish becomes the primary motivator of human behavior…phew that was hard to explain.
Selfishness is reflected in the family institution. It’s all about me, my dad, my brother, my sister, my mom, My Family!! It’s bad isn’t it? The great Indian family institution. I mean we want to be as cool as Americans who don’t have such a system. Everyone in the country should be a part of your family (In "Thaaaat" sense--c'mon you can understand, you are all adults). But the family system is the only institution in this country because of which our nation can never suffer from economic recession (more specifically the sub prime crisis). The reason being that all of us have this tendency to save money. We first earn then save and then spend. We do not mindlessly spend on everything. There is a “not so qualified” lady, the Finance Minister of each Indian Household, keeping a check on all the spending and saving money for the future as well.
PS: This paragraph was a bit out of context but I would love to debate on this separately.
Yaar Anjaney very bad; you forget your friends. You don’t keep them in mind whenever you see an opportunity; you just selfishly try to get the most out of it. Not Fair!!
My Friends, an individual is responsible for getting his or her needs met. "We have a tendency to blame other people, but we have choices in life. We can't operate in a relationship based on the hope that someone else will come to a different conclusion and change their behavior. What we can do is control how we behave, how we react, and how we navigate our own feelings about situations." (Some "Fraser" bhai said this, I felt like quoting it here). Everyone gets opportunities then why should I share mine? Hey guys I am not being rude. In fact I firmly believe in the theory of mutual benefit. And I suggest that all of you follow the same.
Remember people, helping others is important but not when you yourself need help. Make sure that you are self-sufficient and then go for social service. If you still want to do it then make sure that people you help will feed you for rest of your life…(Remember Yarana Movie!!)
Conclusion:
After I finish writing this I’ll be spamming your mailboxes with my mails saying that you should read my new blog entry and my friends being “not so selfish” will read it. As far as I’m concerned, those who like this post will appreciate me, so a few admirers will be added to my list and those who do not like the post will be wasting their time. I mean you could have done something much better than reading this stupid post but I made you read it only because I felt I should waste those peoples’ time that are sincerely working and not sitting idle like me.
Hence Proved .....I AM SELFISH....:D
PS: On a serious note, this post aims at giving the readers a sense of Individuality.

Andaz-e-Bayaan!!!
to is insaan k liye ek sher arz hai
Jo bhi gila tha shikwa tha shikayat thi usko bayan karne ka shukria
koi aarzoo agar teri poori kar sakein, aisi har khwahish sara-ankhon par rakhenge
Is meherbaani ka bhi hum dil se maanenge shukria
tu hai sabun hamam, butter chicken k saath garma garam naan
Rhyme karne k liye maine fit kiye ye word tamam but on a serious note
mere dil k har hasrat yahi kehti hai ki Tu ek ghazal hai
jiski pakiza shaksiyat ko is shayar ka salaam!!!!
Well this post is dedicated to all my friends. Any good quality in me is because of the company in which i am living.
But this time i am not interested in writing a lengthy description so is baar zara sa hatke kuch kia jaaye. Toh aadmi wahi purana hai par bas andaaz zara shayrana hai
Dunia mein kitne log aaye kitne gaye
samandar mein leherein aayi aur waapis laut gayi
sadian badli mausam badle, par kuch log meri zindagi mein aise aaye
k khuda bola tere liye hi bheja inhe maine ae nadaan,
phir bhi poochta hai kaise meri taqdeer badal gayi!!
Aseem, Prerit, Rajat and Priam
Ek gumnaam si shaksiyat tha main
shaayad kuch kami thi meri kabiliyat mein
zindagi kaise jeete hain, us falsafe k talaash thi mujhe
sikhaya mujhe apne ko pesh karne ka tareeka jinhone
yahan tak ki sikhaya mujhe mohabbat karna jinhone
kaash aaj hum unko ye samjha paate
k mohabbat us baarish k tarah hai
jisme haath to bheeg jaate hain par haath khaali reh jaate
Shilpa, Aritri and Natasha
Kuch arz karte hain kuch bhi karte hain to tareef k bol barsaati ho har dam
Ye Sochti hogi kya kasak hai?kiske liye likhte hain hum
Ya phir humara kya gaya agar ek bebas shayar ka hosla buland karein
To phir aapko aaj bata dein ki khabar tak nahin aapko,
aap hi ki shaksiyat ke hain ham maddaah
Ab agar kahein bhi ke aap jaisa shaista banana hi hain humari justujoo to kya kahein
[Maddaah = admirer Justujoo=effort to achieve Shaista=Well Behaved]
Pulkit, Gaurav Parashar, Rohit Vaish, Ashish Gupta, Neavin and Abhinav
Zara sa uchale to aasman ka sabse chamkeela sitara apna kar liya
Bahein phailayin to sara jahan samet liya
Phir bhi aaj tak zameen pe per tike rahe tumhare
Dil se nahi Dimaag se socha to saara aalam apna kar liya
Sid, Bhavna, Harsh, Ankur, Karry, Dhruv, Malav, Mohta, Kohli, Bharat, Aneesh and Chammu (he's there in two categories)
Khulke jio apni khushi ka izhaar karo,
dosti ko har tarah se nibhao ye kehte hain
Doston k muskurahat inki pehchaan hai
sabki khushi inki jaan hai
Tumhare sajde mein mera sar jhukta hai doston
jab koi kehta hai tumhare dost hi tumhari shaan hai
MPSC,Zubeen,Shikhar, Abhishek,Aakar, KV, Chammu, Ghanshyam, Niraj, Ipsit, Parashar and Dev
Andhion mein chiraagh k tarah jalte rahe
Diye k lauh k tarah saara andhera apne andar samete
par dunia ko chupchaap roshan karte rahe
Inhone sirf saadgi se jeena seekha aur har choti khushi sametate rahe
Lekin utna hi hosla ye rakha karte hain
kehte hain manzil abhi aur door hai humari
Chaand Sitaarey to raaste mein haath milaya karte hain
Pratishtha, Jai, Himanshu,Rishabh and Ajitesh
Zindagi k rangmanch k ye haseen kalakar jab bhi maidan mein utare
us din har shrota ne kaha k wah kya khoob dikhaya hai khela
inki har ek choti harqaton ko dekh-dekh kar jaaga mere andar ka kalakar
kaafi kuch seekhna inse abhi bhi baaki hai
par in logon ki kala ko mera namaskar
Aur ye kehkar is mehfil ko anjaam doonga ki
Ek kashmakash mein jeeta hoon
bhaagte lamho mein khud k liye fursat dhoondhata hoon
Phir bhi kyun itna bhaagta hoon shayad intezaar karta hoon is kaabil banane ka
k jis din maroon us din upar waale ko keh sakoon
k dekh maula meri maut pe dunia k har ek aankh se aansoon chalka
Kuch lafzon mein humne apni zindagi likh di
Doston k saath beete har pal ki khushi likh di
Jab humne utara apne lafzon ko is khidki par to logon ne kaha
Wah kya Ghazal Likh di!!!
PS: Koi choota ho to maaf karna yaar

Do You Have It In You!!!!
He thinks he has great potential to be successful in life but he just needs to be focused, just has to wait till he gets lucky, wait for that one opportunity.
What do you think makes him think that? Any idea?
I think it's his parents, teachers and friends who appreciate him for every little achievement. For example, when he gets 80% in his 10th standard, his parents say “Look son you got 80% in the boards. Well done. This means you have the potential to score more, but you have to work hard, focus more on your studies…blah blah blah!” Did anyone notice what he got? The POTENTIAL lollypop…which he's going to keep licking for the rest of his life.
Some readers might argue that some children actually listen to their parents, teachers, and peers and actually work hard once they know that they have potential, but hello! Go to the first line. I am talking about the AVERAGE student. Anyone who sincerely listens to his parents and works hard on his potential can never remain an average student. Trust Me!!
So is that the problem? Getting an AVERAGE score and being AVERAGE in your field be it games, music or whatever?
I think it is. And it is a big problem for students of a country which is not yet developed, where millions of boys/girls don't get a chance to study. They are working hard but on fields, dhabas, construction sites etc. They could have contributed more in the development of this country, but you AVERAGE people got the chance.
Ah! What is your problem Mr. Writer? Aren’t you satisfied with your life? Isn’t your girl friend in love with you any more? Not everyone can be above average, smart. There are different people in this society who have different mental levels, capabilities. And fine, I understand that there is some problem but do you have a solution?
Hmm…I think people are not trying hard enough. I don't find a single reason which supports the motion that you will not succeed even if you work hard (Exceptions are always there in life and chemistry). Rahim said "rasri aawat jaat te sil pe padat nishaan", which means even a rope made of jute can leave an impression on a hard rock if it is continuously rubbed on it. Why not take some initiative? Why not make a SWOT analysis on yourself? Just take one decision and work hard to achieve it. And yes you can influence others’ life too by working this way.
Chill maar na yaar!!!! Hey I’m not a serious kinda a guy either but I hate it when my uncle calls from Houston and says that there is no doubt that people here are smarter. We have to become something more than just AVERAGE. As all my friends know, I always want to be a part of the best team. All the students of our country are a part of a single team which is competing against students of other developed countries to prove that we are smarter!!!
Hey Mr. Why are YOU still AVERAGE when you know so much about it? Why don't you become one of those super intelligent guys?
So people I took the initiative to write this blog. Now if you need an AVERAGE guy for reference, let me be him. I will be the last one to become "Above Average". So there…I’ve just initiated a competition between Team India and the Rest of the World.
